you'll need 85g oats.

85g desiccated coconut.

100g plain flour.

100g caster sugar.

100g butter.

1tbsp golden syrup.

1tsp bicarbonate of soda.

1. then preheat the oven to 200c or fan180c

2. mix the oats, coconut, flour and suger in a bowl

3. melt the butter in a small saucepan and add the golden syrup and bicarbonate of soda

4. make a small hole in the middle of the oats mixture and add the butter and golden syrup mix into the hole and mix till its combined

5. line a baking tray with baking paper and scoop the mixture on to the tray. you should have about 10 to 20 balls of mixture

6. put the tray into the oven and let it cook for 10 minutes till golden brown
